Data Analyst (Data Marketplace)

Insight Global is hiring a Data Analyst (Data Marketplace) to support Prudential’s enterprise data management and governance initiatives. In this role, you’ll help drive the strategy, adoption, and operational success of Prudential’s Enterprise Data Marketplace. You’ll partner with data product owners, data stewards, technology teams, and business stakeholders to onboard and certify data products, establish publishing standards, and ensure data assets are discoverable, well-documented, and easy to consume. You will oversee marketplace readiness reviews, support metadata and governance initiatives, drive alignment with enterprise data governance and data mesh principles, and help develop reporting and adoption metrics that demonstrate business value. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve the marketplace experience through automation, AI, and process enhancements. This role combines stakeholder management, governance, strategy, and execution, with a strong focus on increasing adoption and maximizing the value of Prudential’s enterprise data assets.

• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of metadata management, data cataloging, data mesh, data products, data marketplaces, data stewardship, and governed data access.
• Experience partnering with data product owners, domain owners, and data stewards to implement governance standards and drive adoption across the organization.
• Experience tracking and demonstrating governance progress through data quality initiatives, governance maturity metrics, and compliance with enterprise data management requirements.
• Ability to ensure enterprise data is governed, trusted, and audit-ready through established controls, processes, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives, managing roadmaps, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results through cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging emerging technologies to enhance Data Management and Governance practices.

Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and SAFe methodologies. - Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Management, Information Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with data governance, metadata, catalog, marketplace, and stewardship platforms such as Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, or similar tools.

Experience supporting enterprise data marketplace, data catalog, or data product initiatives.
