Job description

Seeking an engineer with experience supporting AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production environments. This role focuses on ensuring AI systems are explainable, documented, monitored, compliant, and ready for audit.

Requirements

5+ years of AI/ML, MLOps, Data Governance, or AI Engineering experience

Python

Azure AI, Azure ML, or Azure AI Foundry

Microsoft Fabric and/or Purview

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI

Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, risk controls, or compliance

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or Azure DevOps)

Nice to Have:

SHAP or Explainable AI (XAI)

Data lineage and metadata management
