Scrum Master - II

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Agile Scrum methodologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and a proven track record of working effectively with Scrum teams. Experience in product development is preferred. Qualifications

• Experience implementing Agile techniques in diverse cultural and environmental settings, managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Demonstrated understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Testing & Integration.
• Ability to coach new and existing teams in Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices to help them meet sprint and release goals and mature in agile practices.
• Knowledge of or experience in a scaled agile environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, or TFS.
• Minimum 4-6 years of previous experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with deep knowledge of all Scrum roles and ceremonies.
• Agile Certification is preferred, including Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-Client).
