Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day helpdesk requests.Manage and maintain ~ 60+ endpoints across multiple Midwest sites.Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, licensing, security policies, Teams/SharePoint/Exchange/Defender).Manage network hardware including switches, firewalls, Tailscale, and certificate-based SSH access.Own and maintain our Azure-hosted infrastructure via our existing IaC stack. Apply changes, troubleshoot deployments, extend as needed.Maintain and take full ownership of existing in-house custom applications/scripts.Own backup and disaster recovery. Monitor, test, and maintain backup systems.Own endpoint and cloud security: patching, endpoint protection, MFA enforcement, monitoring Azure security posture.Create and enforce company security policy; develop and deliver security awareness training for staff.Handle onboarding/offboarding: account provisioning, hardware setup/imaging, asset tracking.Procure office IT assets - research options, get vendor quotes, track spend.Manage vendor relationships and SaaS subscriptions (renewals, support, contract tracking).Identify
