Job description
As a Senior Analyst, you will support the stabilization, analysis, and troubleshooting of integrations between Workday ERP and external benefits providers. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Workday teams, integration developers, and third-party providers to investigate data issues, identify root causes, and ensure accurate processing of employee, payroll, retirement, and benefits transactions across integrated systems., Analyze and troubleshoot Workday integrations with external benefits, retirement, and payroll providers. Trace employee lifecycle transactions, benefits enrollments, payroll events, and related processes across multiple systems. Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis involving data, configuration, integrations, and transaction processing. Review integration outputs, files, API transactions, logs, reports, and provider responses to identify issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and vendors to validate findings and resolve issues. Document business rules, data flows, findings, root causes, and resolution recommendations. Develop and maintain end-to-end process and data flow diagrams for employee, payroll, retirement, and benefits transactions. Validate fixes and ensure corrected transactions produce expected outcomes across integrated platforms. Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process, configuration, or integration improvements. Provide status updates, issue tracking, and recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP, HCM, benefits administration, or complex system integration initiatives. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace data and transactions across multiple systems. Experience analyzing integration mappings, transformation logic, data flows, reports, logs, and technical artifacts. Ability to translate complex business processes and issues into actionable technical and functional investigations. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle events, benefits administration, payroll processes, and related business workflows. Experience working with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, or similar ERP platforms is highly preferred. Familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware, XML, JSON, flat-file integrations, and data transformation concepts. Experience supporting integrations with benefits providers, retirement systems, insurance carriers, or payroll vendors preferred. Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and drive issue resolution from analysis through implementation. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
