Job description

The Digital Twin & Edge Computing Solution Architect will lead the deployment and expansion of GPU-enabled infrastructure supporting Digital Twin, AI, and machine learning initiatives across multiple sites. This individual will serve as the technical lead between infrastructure engineering, VMware, operations, deployment teams, OEM partners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are successfully piloted, operationalized, and scaled. Responsibilities include defining deployment architecture, coordinating infrastructure requirements, managing technical dependencies, driving production readiness activities, and overseeing site implementations. The role will also support the buildout of GPU-enabled lab environments and edge computing platforms that process and analyze data generated in the field, helping establish a repeatable deployment model as the program expands to additional locations.

Requirements

Experience designing and deploying Digital Twin solutions in enterprise, industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
Strong infrastructure architecture background including compute, servers, virtualization, storage, and networking
Experience with GPU-enabled environments, AI/ML infrastructure, and high-performance compute platforms
Deep understanding of VMware infrastructure and virtualization technologies
Experience supporting edge computing deployments across multiple sites
Ability to lead technical initiatives across engineering, operations, deployment, and support teams
Experience managing pilot programs, production deployments, operational readiness, and risk mitigation
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders - Experience with NVIDIA GPU platforms and HPE infrastructure
Experience building or supporting air-gapped lab environments
Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and infrastructure supporting Digital Twin applications
Data center, industrial, or operational technology (OT) experience
Experience deploying infrastructure into warehouse, manufacturing, or field environments
Familiarity with vendor management and OEM coordination
Experience supporting multi-site deployments requiring regular travel
