Fiscal Support Analyst

Summary of Job Duties:The Fiscal Support Specialist maintains inventory, processes inventory asset records in FMS and Workday for the entire campus, and maintains an audit trail. This position loads data from FMS and Workday, runs inventory reports, analyzes asset data in the tracking system, and maintains data integrity, and researches queries for reports as needed. The successful candidate will review reports for Property officials to reflect their status. The Fiscal Support Specialist will perform data entry of inventory and assist with information for the internal automated tracking and reporting system or other appropriate systems after reviewing documents for accuracy. Qualifications, * Processes and maintains inventory records and reconciliation in FMS and Workday.

• Performs data entry of all assets’ records.
• Completes a physical inventory for all departments on campus and off-campus sites.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree plus two (2) years of customer service experience required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Computer, Typing, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of computers.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Inventory Control Process.
