UI UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end user experience and user interface design for critical, enterprise-scale digital applications. Construct intuitive wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using advanced design software. Refine and scale the centralized enterprise design system and shared component libraries to ensure platform consistency. Conduct comprehensive user research, customer journey mapping, and usability studies to optimize system flows. Translate overarching business objectives into technical design specifications and actionable implementation guidelines for development teams. Coordinate closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering units throughout the entire product lifecycle.

5+ years of experience in enterprise UI/UX and product design across web and mobile platforms [1]. Proficiency in designing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma. Experience with establishing, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive enterprise design systems and component libraries [1]. Experience in conducting qualitative user research, stakeholder interviews, and structured usability testing [1]. Experience with implementing responsive, mobile-first layouts and WCAG web accessibility guidelines [1]. Experience in translating complex business requirements into logical user journeys, workflows, and information architectures. Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate design-thinking workshops and pitch concepts to executives [1]., Facilitate collaborative design-thinking workshops and present refined product concepts directly to executive leadership.
