Data Engineer

Strength in data engineering and Python. Scientific data management or computational chemistry experience is beneficial. Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with limited training. Day-to-Day Responsibility: o Create data structures in databases and workflows for online data. o Work with APIs and triggers from AWS EC2 to query, compute, and write data back to databases. o Build/model registry, inventory, ontology, and model performance metrics. o Support ingestion of AI/ML model results, affinity predictions, multiparametric optimization calculations, and scientific computation outputs. o Support containerization and model deployment. o Provide documentation and potentially training to support internal containerization efforts., o Python o C++ o AWS o Docker o SQL o Relational Databases o Could o Containerization o Linux o Data Management o Scientific Data management

o Data engineering o Python o Relational databases o SQL o Experience with staging tables and database update scripts o Cloud environment experience Preferred Skills: o Scientific data management o Computational chemistry o AWS EC2 o Docker/containerization o Linux Education Requirement: Master’s preferred, along with approximately 5+ years of industry experience.
