Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.\n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Social Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or another field emphasizing advanced data analytics.\n
  • One of the following:\n \n

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n
  • Master’s degree with 6+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n
  • Associate’s degree with 13+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n \n

  • Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.\n
  • Experience identifying trends and translating data into meaningful business insights.\n
  • Experience developing performance measures and executive dashboards.\n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.\n
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.\n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n, * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.\n
  • Experience with SQL, MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.\n
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers or workforce analytics initiatives.\n
  • Experience producing executive-level visualizations, charts, and presentations.\n
  • Familiarity with survey methodology, employee engagement research, organizational assessments, or workforce studies.\n
  • Experience using AI-enabled analytic tools or Large Language Models to support qualitative data analysis.\n

nThis position requires that you currently possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered.\n \n Leidos is seeking an experienced \nBusiness Data Analyst / Methodologist to support a mission-focused Intelligence Community customer by designing, implementing, and analyzing workforce surveys and other business analytics initiatives. This role helps senior leaders better understand workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational challenges through data-driven insights.\n \n You’ll partner directly with customer stakeholders to design meaningful surveys, facilitate focus groups, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop dashboards and visualizations, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly influence workforce strategy, organizational performance, and mission success.\n \n The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who enjoys translating complex datasets into clear, compelling stories. They are equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging business problems.\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities\n \n \n

  • Partner with customer stakeholders to identify business questions and develop effective survey strategies.\n
  • Design, build, administer, and manage surveys using customer-provided survey platforms.\n
  • Plan and facilitate focus groups and analyze qualitative findings alongside survey results.\n
  • Clean, organize, validate, and prepare data for analysis.\n
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and workforce insights.\n
  • Develop performance measures, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings.\n
  • Collaborate with database developers, methodologists, and other analytic team members to integrate multiple data sources.\n
  • Produce briefing materials and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate analytic findings and recommendations.\n
  • Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI-enabled tools to assist in analyzing open-ended survey responses and identifying themes.\n
  • Support recurring survey programs and longitudinal analysis to identify trends over time.\n
