Oracle HCM Engineer / Hybrid

This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HCM professional looking to expand their impact within a large-scale enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance critical employee experience platforms, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions, and support global HR operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle HCM experience, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants exposure to enterprise-grade systems, security practices, and ongoing cloud transformation initiatives. • Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HCM) configuration and administration

• Experience with Talent, Learning, or Recruiting modules

• HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation

• Oracle Journey, workflow, and notification development

• Multi-region Oracle HCM implementation and support

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Redwood UI migrations

• Knowledge of VBS and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

• Oracle HCM security provisioning and administration

• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and CRPs

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
