As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing badge access, monitoring alarm panels, verifying visitor and employee entry, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service while using computer systems and tablets to document activity and communicate clearly. • Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor or contractor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by directing visitors, enforcing site entry requirements, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
