Job description

A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer 3 with a strong background in Commercial HVAC/R and Supermarket Rack Refrigeration systems. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across assigned facilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance, and facility engineering operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair supermarket rack refrigeration systems
  • Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
  • Conduct facility inspections and identify operational or safety concerns
  • Update work orders and maintenance records using CMMS systems such as Corrigo
  • Perform general building repairs including lighting, fixtures, flooring, and minor exterior maintenance
  • Support emergency maintenance calls and on-call requirements when needed

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, or building maintenance

  • Supermarket rack refrigeration experience REQUIRED
  • Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Universal CFC Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Experience using CMMS/work order systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
