Advanced ICT Technician

No two days are the same in this role. You could be leading the resolution of a major technical incident, managing endpoint technologies such as servers, desktops, laptops and mobile devices, network switches, firewalls, supporting Active Directory and environments such as Azure and M365, implementing system updates, or testing new technologies. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, provide expert advice on complex ICT issues, contribute to strategic projects and support the development of team members through training and guidance.

You’ll be organised, adaptable and able to communicate technical information clearly to a range of audiences.
