Job description

  • Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and analyse data using SQL and Python.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and business insights.
  • Help automate routine reporting and data-processing tasks.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining web-based interfaces using HTML and CSS.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and help ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document processes, reports, and technical solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst / Junior Data Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early career individual with an IT-related degree in Data, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of database design principles.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
  • Internship, placement year or project experience involving data analysis or software development., * Recent graduates welcome to apply.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Internship, placement, academic project or personal project experience will be considered.
