Network Operations Center Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT/Network Engineer to join our dynamic 24/7 Operations Centre team in Belfast. You will be part of a shift-based team supporting critical infrastructure, resolving IT/network incidents with precision, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a wide client base., As a NOC Engineer, you will act as a key escalation point, monitoring and troubleshooting network and IT incidents, working within SLAs, supporting field engineers, liaising with third-party suppliers, and maintaining clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
