Job description

  • Lead the full migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365: Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
  • Own data integrity across the organisation
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, compliance, and DR plans
  • Act as the SME for Dynamics 365 tools, driving technical adoption and efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional IT coordination
  • Identify and implement automation, governance, and performance improvements

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Dynamics 365 migration and digital transformation
  • Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and compliance features
  • Hands-on experience with IT support, systems admin, and operations.
  • Ability to convert technical goals into business strategy.
  • Skilled at engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data governance and IT best practices
