Data Management Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Management Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives across operational, historical, and next-generation data platforms. You’ll oversee data architecture, governance, and modernization efforts, while driving the transition to scalable, cloud-based data solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong teams, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making., * Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Data Architects, Analysts, DBAs, PMs)

• Drive data governance, quality, and master data management initiatives
• Establish data architecture standards, policies, and best practices
• Partner with engineering and leadership on data platform transformation
• Oversee migration to modern data platforms (Data Lake/Lakehouse)
• Ensure compliance, data security, and regulatory standards
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and multiple concurrent initiatives

• 10+ years in data management, data architecture, or data governance
• 7+ years leading cross-functional data teams
• Strong experience managing enterprise database platforms
• Proven success in Master Data Management (MDM) programs
• Experience driving data governance and quality frameworks
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, * Experience with Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in data platform transformation or modernization
• Background working with enterprise-scale data ecosystems
