Job description
- Du unterstützt interne Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Störungen.
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Themen aus dem First- und Second-Level-Support.
- Du betreust PC-Arbeitsplätze, mobile Endgeräte und Drucker.
- Du arbeitest mit Microsoft 365, Active Directory und MDM.
- Du bist Schnittstelle zu externen IT-Partnern.
Requirements
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, Deinen Arbeitsalltag selbst zu organisieren.
- Eine kommunikative, offene und serviceorientierte Art.
- Geduld auch bei technisch einfachen Anwenderfragen.
- Bereitschaft, langfristig operative Supportaufgaben zu übernehmen.
