Job description

KEVIDKO is seeking a dependable and highly organized Dispatch & Routing Support Coordinator to support our daily delivery operations. This position coordinates drivers and delivery routes, monitors deliveries throughout the day, communicates with customers and drivers, and prepares the following day’s route assignments. The right person must be comfortable working with computers, managing multiple priorities and following every issue through to completion. Responsibilities Prepare and organize daily delivery routes using the company’s routing system. Assign drivers and vehicles according to operational requirements. Monitor driver progress and delivery completion throughout the day. Communicate route assignments, changes and delivery instructions to drivers. Respond promptly when a driver is delayed or encounters a delivery problem. Handle delivery-related customer calls, including ETAs, access problems, missed deliveries and special instructions. Coordinate add-on deliveries, customer pickups, returns and redeliveries. Verify addresses, delivery windows, access information and customer-specific instructions. Update routes when drivers call out, vehicles become unavailable or operational needs change. Coordinate with warehouse and customer-service employees to resolve missing, incomplete or delayed orders. Document failed deliveries, customer refusals, damages, delays and other delivery issues. Maintain accurate customer, driver, vehicle and route information. Review route completion times and identify recurring delays or inefficiencies. Follow through on unresolved delivery issues until they are completed. Provide management with updates regarding late deliveries, failed stops and other exceptions. Assist with other transportation and administrative responsibilities as needed., Routes are prepared accurately and on time. Drivers receive clear and complete route information. Delivery changes and customer instructions are communicated promptly. Delays and failed deliveries are addressed instead of being passed between departments. Customer questions receive timely and accurate responses. Route and delivery information remains current and organized. Unresolved issues are documented and followed through to completion. Management is informed when driver or route problems require intervention. The Right Candidate The right candidate is reliable, organized and proactive. You notice when information is missing, when a driver is falling behind or when an issue has not been resolved-and you take responsibility for addressing it. This position requires someone who is comfortable using computer systems throughout the day, communicates clearly and does not lose track of tasks when several problems happen at once. This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available. Why Join KEVIDKO? KEVIDKO is a rapidly growing, independently owned company where capable employees can make a visible impact. We move quickly, invest in better systems and give strong performers opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company grows. This is not a position where you will simply answer phones or enter information all day. You will become an important part of the daily operation, work directly with multiple departments and help shape how our delivery operation continues to improve. We value people who take ownership, solve problems and follow through. Employees who consistently demonstrate those qualities have room to grow with the company.

Requirements
