Kubernetes Vulnerability Analysis

Job description

Design secure system and network architectures across multi-tiered enclaves and cloud-based big data environments.
Execute DoD RMF system accreditation processes, implement DISA STIGs/SRGs, and apply NIST SP 800-53 security controls.
Assess operational risks for integrated open source and COTS/GOTS software, utilizing automated vulnerability scanning tools., * Create, review, and edit authorization documentation to maintain comprehensive security authorization packages.
Manage POA&Ms, workflows, and artifact generation within eMASS, Xacta, or equivalent RMF repositories.
Provide security planning, risk assessments, and vulnerability management across Linux (RHEL), AWS, and Kubernetes platforms.
Guide engineering teams on implementing system-level security controls and maintaining secure baseline configurations.
Implement automated security scanning, script automation using Bash, and interpret network protocol security requirements.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid telework arrangement, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site.

Requirements

9+ years of experience as an ISSE with large multi-tiered programs and Bachelors in related field; OR 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
