Web Developer

A rapidly growing Insurtech company is transforming the insurance industry through innovative technology. They are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of their cutting-edge digital platforms., As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications from the ground up. Collaborating with product and design teams, you’ll create seamless user experiences while ensuring strong backend functionality., 1. Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using C#, MVC, and ASP.NET.

1. Design and implement user interfaces with modern UI frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React, or Knockout.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
3. Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and responsive.
4. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
5. Stay updated on the latest web technologies and best practices.

1. Strong experience with C#, MVC, and ASP.NET for backend development.
2. Proficiency in at least one UI framework: Vue, Angular, React, or Knockout.
3. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
4. Understanding of database design and management (SQL Server or similar).
5. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive development approach.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

This role is hybrid in the Essex office with a salary range of £45k-£80k depending on experience. The wider package includes bonus, pension, life cover and more.
