Senior Test Analyst HC Payer Domain onsite at Des Moines Iowa Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience and hands-on expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, UI/API automation, and database validation., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright & TypeScript * Automate end-to-end business workflows for healthcare member portal applications * Develop and execute UI and API automation test scripts * Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements * Execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing * Perform cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox * Integrate automation suites with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines * Analyze test results, investigate failures, and coordinate defect resolution * Perform backend data validation using SQL and API validation techniques * Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior automation engineers * Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions * Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates to stakeholders * Collaborate effectively with Onshore/Offshore QA, Development, and Business teams

Strong Healthcare/Payer domain experience Knowledge of Members, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Enrollment, Providers & Authorizations Hands-on Playwright + TypeScript automation experience Strong UI & API test automation experience Experience integrating automation with CI/CD / GitHub Strong SQL/database testing experience; MongoDB is a plus Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
