The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading requirements analysis, solution validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure business objectives are delivered effectively and with high quality. This role drives continuous improvement, mitigates delivery risk, and ensures solutions meet customer, regulatory, and operational needs through strong analysis, testing, collaboration, and governance practices. Location: Fargo, North Dakota; Ramsey, Minnesota; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Eau Claire, Wisconsin Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. The salary range for this role is: $91,000.00 - $136,000.00 Your New Role Evaluate business processes, systems, and operational workflows to identify defects, risks, improvement opportunities, and solution recommendations. Provide analysis and insights that support informed business and technology decision-making. Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, goals, and desired outcomes; analyze business needs, elicit and document requirements, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value. Manage assigned work by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving departmental objectives, while analyzing business requirements for accuracy, completeness, and testability. Define testing scope, risks, and assumptions to design, build, and prioritize test cases. Work with Business Quality Analysts, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Application Development, and Project Management teams to ensure timely completion of testing plans. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate change and support business needs. Recommend and design technology solutions to solve business challenges. Enhance individual development by seeking educational opportunities and researching innovative technology and methodologies. Participate in policy development to consider all factors at an early stage. Facilitate a QA function by creating quality test models, tracking defects, and communicating test progress. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards to improve operational quality and productivity. Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions. Requirements
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Experience Experience partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, building collaborative relationships and communicating complex information clearly, professionally, and effectively. Experience translating business needs, challenges, and opportunities into clear, actionable requirements and documentation that enable architects, developers, and testers to deliver effective solutions. Experience in a quality assurance function, preferably designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions (UI, API, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance) for web applications, APIs, and distributed systems utilizing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Postman, as well as AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies. Experience collaborating with architects, developers, project managers, business analysts and quality assurance analysts to ensure delivery of a quality software application.
