Salesforce Developer - INTL India

A Fortune 200 company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to sit remotely in India and support the company’s Salesforce platform. This person will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and build enhancements that improve business processes. They will spend their time developing Flows, Apex classes and triggers, and OmniStudio components while also supporting platform administration, security, and user access management. This person will spend approximately 80%-90% of their time on development tasks. On a day-to-day basis, they will automate workflows, develop and deploy new functionality, create reports and dashboards, support integrations and system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues for end users. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance hands-on development with Salesforce administration while helping drive the continued evolution of the platform.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.

• Experience implementing Salesforce end-to-end

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / IT

• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no supervision

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts

Experience participating in Agile/Scrum projects in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline team environment OmniStudio Developer certification preferred
