Work arrangement: Remote / U.S.-based; job-board anchor: Houston, TX 77002 Opportunity: Contingent specialist role supporting Axyde’s proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0056 Mobilization: Potential Regional Asia travel within 20 calendar days after Axyde’s written notice following award Role purpose Turn a multidisciplinary scope into an executable integrated schedule with explicit dependencies, decision gates, review cycles, Government inputs and acceptance logic. Representative problems this role must solve

• A study schedule lists tasks but not data dependencies, stakeholder availability, fieldwork, model integration, review or comment-disposition cycles.
• Parallel work creates rework because interfaces and information release dates are undefined.
• Schedule compression threatens evidence quality or independent review without a recovery plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop WBS-linked schedules, logic ties, milestones, critical paths, data/interface dates, review gates and acceptance events.
• Integrate travel, site access, stakeholder interviews, modeling, procurement inputs, Government reviews and comment disposition.
• Identify leading indicators, float erosion, trigger thresholds, recovery options and resource-loading implications.
• Write schedule assumptions and acceptance criteria that support transparent mobilization, monitoring and scope-change decisions., * Current resume or CV with dates, employer/client, country, project stage, personal role, methods used, decision product and outcome for the most relevant assignments.
• Two to four representative projects that substantiate the specific expertise claimed; identify what you personally did rather than the team’s general scope.
• Countries/regions worked, languages used professionally, current location, travel limitations and relevant licenses, registrations, certifications, standards or publications.
• Written permission for Axyde to use and evidence-preservingly reformat the resume for solicitation 1131PL26R0056, subject to final resume review if requested.

• Direct integrated scheduling and project-controls experience for engineering studies, infrastructure, energy, mining or international consulting assignments.
• Evidence of personally developing or independently reviewing logic-driven schedules used to control multidisciplinary work.
• Experience connecting schedule, WBS, BOE, risk, deliverables and formal review/acceptance is required.
• Demonstrated senior/expert judgment, normally supported by at least 10 years of directly relevant work and specific project or decision-product evidence.
