Lead commercial, economic, financial and bankability analysis for digital-infrastructure project scoping. REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS

• Build demand, affordability, economic-benefit, CAPEX/OPEX and lifecycle-cost analyses.
• Evaluate financing, PPP/concession, subsidy, currency and sensitivity cases.
• Reconcile the business case with technical architecture, sponsor capacity, procurement and U.S.-export potential., * Three relevant projects: client/sponsor, country, period, scale, your role, deliverable and outcome.
• One nonproprietary example of a report, feasibility, roadmap, TOR/SOW, model or review product you personally led.
• Current city/state, hourly-rate expectation, availability, travel readiness, languages, and employment/country/customer/conflict restrictions.

• 10+ years of infrastructure economics, project finance or PPP judgment.
• Named telecom, data-center, cloud, cyber, AI or comparable infrastructure models and financing recommendations.
• Evidence of independent models, feasibility studies, investment memoranda or project-preparation products.
• International-development or Europe/Eurasia experience preferred.
