Job description

Proventeq, a Microsoft Solutions for Modern Work partner, seeks a Technical Support Engineer. You will provide tech support for Proventeq products, assist with SharePoint Online/M365 migrations, and troubleshoot customer environments. The role covers Europe and the USA, with US hours (2 pm-10 pm) and hybrid work from Reading, UK.

Requirements

Strong .NET/SQL, Zendesk, and problem-solving skills are valued. You will collaborate with the Cloud Engineering team to resolve issues, update the knowledge base, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
