Digital Project Manager

We’re on the lookout for a bright, organised, and motivated Junior Digital Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding digital team. You’ll be working alongside designers, developers, and directors, contributing to exciting eCommerce projects across the UK and Europe.

This role is perfect for someone who’s keen to take ownership, learn fast, and have a real impact from day one. You’ll be supporting senior project managers on larger initiatives while running smaller projects independently, keeping everything moving smoothly from planning to delivery., * Supporting senior PMs on complex or technical projects, while managing smaller projects autonomously.

• Helping create and execute QA and UAT test cases.
• Coordinating team resources - scheduling designers, developers, and other colleagues efficiently.
• Managing project documentation including action logs, RAID logs, and process improvements.
• Capturing meeting notes, clear actions, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned.
• Spotting risks, escalating issues, and keeping projects on track.
• Assisting with website builds and content management, including Shopify edits.

• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with Shopify or CMS platforms
• Exposure to project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Trello, or similar.
• Experience working directly with designers, developers, or clients.
