Job description

  • Lead the design and development of new products
  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle - from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide expert input and support
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines are met
  • Review and approve designs, resolving technical challenges
  • Support and mentor junior engineers within the design team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or significant design experience (3-5years +) in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in product development and CAD design
  • Experience managing engineering projects
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with Screening equipement highly desirable
  • Experience with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer would be advantageous.
