Job description

Perform strong Python development and debugging.
Understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases.
Enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it.
Perform strong root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
Fix, maintain, and extend existing applications.
Follow established/legacy coding patterns and frameworks.
Develop new functionality in the same legacy style for compatibility and consistency.
Work with APIs, databases, logging, exception handling, and integrations.
Read code effectively and quickly understand undocumented code.
Provide production support and incident resolution.
Perform performance troubleshooting.
Balance “fix what exists” vs. “build new” without introducing unnecessary modernization risks.

Requirements

We are seeking a Full Stack Python Developer with strong Python development and debugging expertise.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases, enhance existing code without unnecessarily redesigning it, and resolve production issues through strong root-cause analysis.
The ideal profile is not simply a Python developer-it’s a Python engineer who can inherit an old codebase, understand it quickly, stabilize it, and safely build on top of it., * Experience Required: 8-10 Years
Required 4 to 7 years in Python.
