Mid-Level DevOps Systems Engineer [$222k/yr+] S

• Implement, automate, and scale cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions.
• Manage container orchestration workflows and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines., * Design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, with emphasis on EKS, EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Deploy, maintain, and manage Kubernetes container environments and non-cloud edge infrastructure.
• Automate system provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Git workflows.
• Develop automation and integration scripts using Python, Bash, or Go in Linux-based environments.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize production services to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Support integration with big data platforms and related distributed data technologies.

Telework: This position offers a hybrid telework arrangement with an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development and Bachelors in related field; or 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Total Compensation: $222k+ yearly
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain higher levels
• DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certification (e.g., Security+) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
