Job description
The Systems Analyst III assist in the planning, development, and coordination of all policies, procedures and guidance in the management of assigned supply programs associated with distribution and redistribution of major end items (Class VII, Class VIII-Medical MTOE, and Class II durable).
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist Team lead in the Operational Planning Teams (OPT) and Integrated Planning Teams (IPT) to provide way ahead and guidance to the group/team.
- Serve as Army/HQ AMC focal point to assist the team lead or supervisor, support the equipping and modernization enterprise with assigned functions or special projects.
- Will use ARMY Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) i.e. army enterprise system integration program (AESIP), Combined Quarterly Intelligence Production (cQUIP) listing, decision support tool (DST) global combat support system army (GCSS-A) generated data to map all areas of property accountability and ensure the information is channeled to the Army’s authoritative logistics data repository, the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP).
- Will have formal training for perform information systems analysis, especially as it relates to workflow management systems and large data repositories.
- Develop plans and procedures required to automate logistics management in the Decision Support Tool (DST).
- Plan and map property and channel data to the appropriate Army authoritative logistics data repository.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills., * Position requires formal training in Army logistics in general as evidenced by completion of appropriate Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) schooling and five years’ experience at the brigade level and two years’ experience at the ACOM/ASCC level.
- Must have an active Secret clearance, * Any related professional certifications.
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000.
