Power Platform Developer

• Own, optimise, and extend the firm’s CRM and automation ecosystem (DealCloud and Microsoft Power Platform).
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows that link existing systems and eliminate manual processes.
• Prototype and implement new tools from approvals and reporting workflows to data capture and process tracking.
• Work directly with teams across operations, compliance, and investment to understand challenges and translate them into practical, working solutions.
• Shape the roadmap for digital transformation, introducing new capabilities and best practice across low-code and automation., * High-visibility role reporting into the Investment Director influence directly how the business works.

• Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate (Dataverse or Dynamics 365 experience ideal).
• Strong understanding of workflow design, APIs, and data integration between systems.
• Comfortable gathering requirements, delivering end-to-end builds, and iterating based on feedback.
• A genuine interest in automation, process improvement, and creating usable business tools not just analysis or support.
• Previous experience in investment, financial, or professional services would be a plus, but not essential.
