Product Configuration Manager, Refurb Operations Organization

You will serve as the strategic lead responsible for standing up and scaling Reverse Logistics and Refurbish Operations, leveraging Agile PLM and Configure-To-Order (CTO) capabilities to drive operational excellence. You’ll act as a strategic consultant, partnering with Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into scalable, end-to-end refurbished product solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage Refurbished Product Lifecycles: Lead the creation, maintenance, and strategic evolution of complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) for refurbished products, ensuring seamless transitions and rigorous data integrity within Agile PLM.
• Architect Reverse Logistics Workflows: Lead the architecture and implementation of system configurations specifically designed for reverse logistics workflows, optimizing how products are returned, evaluated, and reintegrated into the supply chain.
• Drive Enterprise Transformation: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large-scale enterprise transformation projects related to refurbishing operations, facilitating communication between IT and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational goals.
• Collaborate on CTO Strategies: Proactively collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to align Configure-To-Order (CTO) strategies with business requirements, ensuring high-velocity delivery of refurbished product configurations.
