· Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure appropriate access controls are maintained.

· Generate audit reports, support evidence collection, and assist with internal and external audit activities.

· Maintain IAM governance controls, process documentation, operational procedures, and compliance records.

· Support regulatory compliance initiatives and remediation efforts related to access management findings and control gaps.

· Monitor IAM platform performance and ensure adherence to security policies, governance standards, and access management best practices.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

· 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, Access Management, or Security Operations roles.

· Strong understanding of access provisioning, entitlement management, JML lifecycle processes, RBAC, SoD, and least-privilege principles.

· Experience conducting access reviews, certification campaigns, audit support, and compliance reporting.

· Hands-on experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity Manager, Ping Identity, or similar solutions.

· Experience working with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and enterprise access request workflows.

· Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, and internal governance standards.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
