Senior Scrum Master (AIDG) - INTL India

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to work remote in IST! This person will support the delivery and execution of multiple Agile product teams operating within the AI, Data, and Governance domain.

The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery practices, managing cross-functional workstreams, driving team performance, and ensuring effective communication across a matrixed organization. This role will support three concurrent product workstreams and serve as a key partner to Product Owners, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams.

Daily Responsibilities:

The Contract Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating and enabling Agile delivery across three product workstreams within the AI & Data Governance portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Manage delivery execution and coordination across three product teams/workstreams.

• Track sprint health, team velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery performance.

• Identify, communicate, and actively drive resolution of impediments and risks.

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs.

• Coordinate dependencies across teams, stakeholders, and supporting organizations.

• Provide weekly executive and stakeholder status communications.

• Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure transparency of progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience supporting product development.

• Proven experience working within large, matrixed organizations.

• Demonstrated success supporting multiple concurrent Agile teams or workstreams.

• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for software product development initiatives.

• Proven ability to identify, communicate, and remove delivery impediments.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, or III)

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)

• Equivalent Agile/Scrum accreditation * Experience delivering products in Artificial Intelligence, Data Management, Data Governance, Responsible AI, Analytics, or Machine Learning domains.

• Experience supporting AI governance, risk management, or compliance-related initiatives.

• Experience working with enterprise product organizations.

• Familiarity with Agile portfolio management practices.

• Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
