Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide Agile delivery teams in driving successful product and project outcomes. This individual will serve as a servant leader, facilitator, and coach, ensuring Agile best practices are effectively implemented while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, delivery management, and technical acumen, with a proven ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and align team execution with broader business objectives.

5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.

Proven experience delivering technology and software development projects in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).

Experience within large-scale Agile or SAFe environments.

Knowledge of DevOps and modern software delivery practices.

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, and Pair Programming.

Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and engineering practices.
