Enterprise Applications Administrator

A client of ours is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize critical business applications used across the organization. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping ensure applications are effectively supporting business processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement., * Administer and support enterprise business applications.

• Partner with business units to understand workflows, challenges, and operational needs.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and system enhancements.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Assist with application configuration, testing, upgrades, and implementation efforts.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with appropriate stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support user training, adoption, and ongoing application education.
• Participate in projects involving new systems, integrations, and application improvements.
• Help ensure applications align with organizational goals and business objectives.
• The hiring base salary range: $58,000-$70,000 based on years of experience plus and annual bonus.

The ideal candidate will bring experience within the banking or financial services industry, a foundational understanding of technology and business systems, and a passion for improving processes and user experiences., Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of banking experience
• Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, systems, and technology concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Salesforce experience.
• Power BI experience.
