Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead and facilitate a SAFe transformation across a large enterprise organization, including departmental and global initiatives.

This is an Agile transformation and coaching role rather than a traditional Scrum Master position. The Agile Coach will work directly with leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity, establish consistent practices, remove organizational impediments, and create sustainable improvements in delivery., * Serve as a trusted Agile Coach and transformation advisor to leadership and delivery teams

  • Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams
  • Lead adoption of SAFe principles and practices
  • Promote Agile values, Lean thinking, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
  • Assess and improve Agile maturity across teams
  • Coach teams toward greater self-organization, ownership, and accountability
  • Establish and standardize Agile practices across multiple teams
  • Support Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
  • Facilitate:
  • PI Planning
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • Scrum of Scrums
  • Inspect & Adapt workshops
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous-improvement workshops
  • Identify root causes behind recurring delivery challenges
  • Coach teams on delivery metrics, flow, and predictability
  • Improve work prioritization and dependency management
  • Support backlog refinement and value-driven planning
  • Partner with leadership to identify and remove organizational impediments
  • Support Agile transformation and cultural-change initiatives
  • Establish Agile operating models, roles, responsibilities, and governance
  • Coach leaders on servant leadership and outcome-focused management
  • Promote psychological safety, transparency, trust, and collaboration
  • Align strategy and organizational priorities with execution
  • Drive sustainable improvements across multiple teams and initiatives

What This Person Will Be Working On

This person will serve as an Agile Coach leading and facilitating the SAFe transformation across the MSA department and Global Initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Agile delivery experience and 3+ years of direct Agile coaching experience, with strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, value-stream thinking, servant leadership, and organizational change., * Agile maturity
