Data Analyst

Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to support operational teams during a period of rapid expansion by identifying inefficiencies and turning complex workflows into scalable, data-informed processes. This position combines hands-on execution with analytical problem-solving, helping teams improve productivity through automation, reporting, and measurable process improvements. Based in Concord, California, this role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover savings opportunities, strengthen data reliability, and support smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams to assess day-to-day processes, document workflow patterns, and uncover barriers that slow execution.

• Design and implement practical automation solutions that reduce repetitive administrative work and improve operational consistency.

• Analyze time, cost, and throughput data to identify inefficiencies and estimate the business value of proposed process enhancements.

• Support high-volume operational periods by improving task handoffs, refining process flow, and increasing team capacity.

• Create business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools that track performance metrics, productivity trends, and key operational indicators.

• Develop data models that enable clear analysis of business performance and support decision-making across departments.

• Connect and reconcile information from systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business platforms to provide a unified reporting view.

• Maintain the accuracy and structure of operational datasets so reporting tools and business processes rely on dependable information.

• Prepare data-backed recommendations and business cases to help leadership evaluate automation, tooling, and workflow redesign initiatives. Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, strategy, process improvement, consulting, or a related analytical environment.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate workflows, quantify inefficiencies, and translate findings into measurable cost or time savings.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.

• Hands-on knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and automation techniques used to improve operational efficiency.

• Experience working across multiple teams and adapting quickly to new business contexts and operational challenges.

• Familiarity with data modeling, systems integration, and maintaining high standards for data accuracy and consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
