Artificial Intelligence Software Design Patterns Design of User Interfaces Human-Computer Interaction Responsive Web Design Software Engineering Figma Code Restructuring

Job description

  • Serve as the primary UX/UI practitioner leading the evolution of the marketing web design system, from foundations and tokens through design patterns and production components.
  • Apply strong UX/UI design skills to simplify customer journeys and create intuitive, commercially effective experiences.
  • Bring a high bar for visual craft, typography, hierarchy, interaction, responsive design, and accessibility.
  • Refactor legacy experiences, correct visual or structural drift, and evolve the system rather than creating unnecessary one-offs.
  • Champion UX/UI and design system standards through reviews, documentation, critique, and implementation support.

Design, build, and ship with AI

  • Use AI throughout your daily UX/UI design process - from exploration and prototyping through component creation, implementation, and QA.
  • Move fluidly between Figma, AI-assisted code editors, and our CMS, choosing the fastest way to explore and validate an idea.
  • Prototype directly in code with AI and push implementations further yourself when appropriate.
  • Ship day-to-day web improvements as well as larger revamps of pages and site sections.
  • Proactively improve processes using AI to collaborate across brand, SEO, product marketing, partnerships, product, and engineering on campaigns and major brand moments.

Build an AI- and code-first design system

  • Help evolve our design system from primarily Figma-driven to increasingly code-first and AI-native.
  • Define the rules, specs, prompts, tokens, UX/UI patterns, and constraints AI agents need to use the system correctly.
  • Design components for both human and AI use, making intended behavior and constraints explicit.
  • Test AI-generated experiences against UX/UI, brand, accessibility, and design system standards.
  • Turn successful AI-assisted design and development workflows into repeatable practices for the team.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing experiences, with significant experience building or evolving design systems.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in your design process. You should already have tools, workflows, and opinions about where AI improves your work.
  • Fluency in Figma and component-based UX/UI design, with the technical fluency to work in an increasingly code-first environment.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and build. You don’t need to be a front-end engineer, but code shouldn’t be a boundary.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive UX/UI design, accessibility, design tokens, components, and prototyping.
  • Component-driven CMS experience, such as Builder.io, is a strong plus.
  • Experience designing conversion-oriented experiences where trust and clarity matter; legal, financial, healthcare, or similarly regulated categories are a plus.
  • Excellent visual judgment and strong communication and critique skills.
  • Enthusiasm for helping define how AI changes UX/UI design and design systems at scale., Artificial Intelligence (AI), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents, Campaigns, Communication Skills, Content Management Systems (CMS), Design Patterns Programming Methodologies, Diversity, Documentation, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Healthcare, Internet/Online Service, Legal, Online Marketing, Problem Solving Skills, Process Improvement, Product Engineering, Product Marketing, Prototyping, Quality Assurance, Refactoring, Sales/Support Engineering (SE), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Special Offers, Team Player, Typography, User Experience Design (UXD), User Interface Design, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), Web Design, Work From Home
