Senior Software Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote engineering best practices.
• Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging technical growth across the team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.

• Experienced in designing and developing commercial software applications.
• Proficient in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experienced with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Knowledgeable in modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• An excellent communicator with strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
• Analytical with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality software and continuous improvement.

Previous experience in software engineering, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles is required. Experience leading projects or mentoring developers is highly desirable.
