Account Support AFH

The Account Support AFH is part of the impuls and modern convenience department and is the keystone between our customers and internal stakeholders. The sales assistant will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of the administrative work.., * Become the trusted point of contact for customers for all administrative support of our customer plan, ensuring smooth communication on innovations, promotions, product-assortments pricing, and RSP’s.

• Take care of key customer fishes, including contracts, product data, technical documentation, visuals, and customer requests.
• Support Key Account Managers by preparing customer plans, following up on promotions, and ensuring flawless execution of commercial activities.
• Ensure good follow-up of promo planning, promo sheets and communication to your different internal stakeholders (customer service/demand planning/…)
• Own the administrative follow-up of sales budgets, purchase orders, and make sure invoices are matching in the systems.
• Keep critical business information up to date across systems, including product launches, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
• Prepare field documents & specific field orders such as promo plans, order forms, one pagers, displays
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, simplify workflows, and deliver an even better experience for both customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Somebody who gets energized by being in contact with other people (internal and external) to get things done. You are looking for a job that combines administrative tasks, external contacts and internal collaboration. You are service-minded, and above all you are an optimistic team player!

We believe you also need to be:

• Fluent in Dutch and French (preferably also in English) both written and verbal,

• Rigorous with a very good eye for details,

• You like to perform several tasks in parallel and you have a hands-on attitude

• Customer-oriented, always aiming for solution and high-quality service towards customers,

• You are good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
