Technical Solutions Engineer

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the latest industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and find effective solutions.
• Design, develop and implement customized solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for technical inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to minimize risks.
• Participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and other client-facing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in technology, and provide insights to internal teams and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical role, preferably within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Experience with API integrations and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Experience working in a client-facing role is a plus.
