Job description

  • Entwicklung von KI-Agenten zur Automatisierung interner Prozesse (Dokumentenerstellung, Marketing-Postings u.a.)
  • Aufbau einer internen KI-gestützten Wissensdatenbank
  • Umsetzung konkreter KI-Anwendungen wie Vertragsprüfung, inkl. Prompt-Feintuning
  • Vibe Coding & Prototyping interner Tools mit KI-Unterstützung, Security von Anfang an
  • KI-Research: Bewertung aktueller Modelle und Trends auf echte Anwendbarkeit
  • Kritische Bewertung von Security & Souveränität bei jedem eingesetzten Modell/Tool
  • Testing von Agenten-Workflows in Claude, ChatGPT, Obsidian
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern, eigene Projektverantwortung, wöchentlicher Sync

Requirements

  • Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Cyber Security, KI/Data Science oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), Agenten-Frameworks oder Claude Code - du hast selbst etwas gebaut, nicht nur benutzt
  • Von Vorteil: Git, Softwareentwicklung, Wissensmanagement-Architekturen (z.B. RAG/Vektordatenbanken), Prompt Engineering, Cybersecurity-Grundkenntnisse, Datenschutzbewusstsein
  • Dir ist bewusst, dass “geht schnell” und “ist sicher” nicht dasselbe sind

Benefits & conditions
