Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for IT and its legally compliant processes
• Leadership and development of employees
• Ensuring IT security and compliance with relevant standards
• Consulting and support for management in all relevant IT topics and their further development.
• Further development of the IT strategy, with a focus on security and standardization.
• Optimization and digitalization of business processes
• Management and control of external IT service providers
• Regular preparation and reporting of progress and its communication
• Company-wide organizational development and process optimization

• Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure, ERP/MES systems (ideally Oxaion by Aptean), and software development
• Deep understanding of IT strategies, processes, and IT security standards
• Ability to communicate complex IT issues in an understandable way and to advise management strategically
• At least 3 years of experience in IT within an industrial company
• Spirit of innovation and enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and new technologies
• Experience in IT project management as well as in change and process management
• Secure handling of IT budgets as well as negotiation skills with service providers
• Ability to inspire employees, lead through changes, and foster their potential
