Head of IT / CIO

• Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure, ERP/MES systems (ideally Oxaion by Aptean), and software development
• Deep understanding of IT strategies, processes, and IT security standards
• Ability to communicate complex IT issues in an understandable way and to advise management strategically
• At least 3 years of experience in IT within an industrial company
• Spirit of innovation and enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and new technologies
• Experience in IT project management as well as in change and process management

• Identifikation und Ausbau von HR-Marketing-Maßnahmen
• Selbstständige Identifikation, Organisation und Koordination der HR-relevanten Handlungsbereiche und Umsetzen von Lösungskonzepten
• Unterstützung von Führungskräften in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklungsfragen
