Job description
As a System Integrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems within advanced transmission systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage interfaces, align system requirements, and validate functionality from concept through to series production. You will report to the System Engineering Lead and Project Responsible within a matrix organization. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the integration of mechanical, electronic, and software subsystems into complete transmission solutions across different development and production phases.
- Ensure compatibility of subsystems within various system configurations and throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.
- Provide high-level technical overviews of each transmission configuration and assess subsystem maturity.
- Lead integration planning, including timelines and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with testing departments for integration activities.
- Support prototype builds, testing campaigns, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to resolve integration challenges.
- Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and release internal and external technical product documentation linked to transmission configurations (system parameters, customer documentation, CTF lists, etc.)., * An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanics, electronics, and embedded/software systems.
- Experience with system engineering tools
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
