Requirements

  • Experience in IT support / on-site technical support, including remote hands, incident response, workstation rollouts, and relocations.
  • Experience with server and rack hardware installation, especially Dell or HPE, as well as UPS installation, cabling, and connectivity testing.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, ideally with HPE Aruba networking and Sophos firewalls.
  • Experience supporting Lenovo / HP clients and notebooks, printer setup, and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with VMware virtualization, Veeam Backup & Replication, SLA readiness, and technical documentation.
